Get Uncomplicated

 In Blog

In his book “Thank you for being late – The Optimist Guide to Thriving in the Age of Accelerations”, Thomas Friedman explains a concept that is so obvious but I have never really contemplated or related it to how we interact with our clients.  That is, technology business applications are often about removing complexity, or making complexity invisible. Take UBER or Lyft or Amazon’s one click check out as examples. Finding a cab versus getting an Uber is like night and day simpler for the user – all the complexities are behind the scenes.  Buying this book on Amazon in one click and getting it tomorrow is amazingly simple.  How much easier are we making our interactions with clients?  How can we remove some of the complexity for our clients?  Something to think about.
